Return Eligibility

We offer a 60-day return policy for all items purchased through our website. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return. Additionally, any items purchased as part of a promotional bundle must be returned in their entirety to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page to submit a return request, including your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including a return shipping label (we cover all return shipping costs, with no additional fees for you).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will send you an email confirmation of your refund approval.

Refund Processing Times

After your return has been approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times (we are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment service).

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item(s), including any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If you received a discount code or promotional offer with your order, the value of the discount will still be included in your refund as long as the return is eligible.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personalized items (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately—we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, at your discretion, and cover all associated shipping costs for the exchange.
